Social
Services
We are sensitive to the adjustment process of a nursing
facility setting and make every effort to ensure a smooth transition for
all parties involved. Members of our social services department counsel
residents (and their families, when necessary), acting as both friend
and advocate. Likewise, social services assists in obtaining personal
items and in scheduling medical appointments.

Rehabilitation
Twin
Oaks' therapy department is dedicated to the
important goal of restoring function and improving the overall quality
of life for those residents who require it. We provide physical,
occupational, speech and respiratory therapy in the same caring and
professional manner our residents have come to expect.

Diet
and Nutrition
Our Dietary Department works hard to ensure that meals
are both nutritionally balanced and appealing. Each resident receives
three meals a day plus snacks. Upon entering Twin Oaks, each resident
is given a medically tailored diet by a physician, which meets his or her
needs. Throughout the resident's stay, a registered dietitian will keep
track of that resident's nutritional needs.
