I-10 West to Exit #209 (Hammond/LaPlaca Exit). Turn left onto LA Highway #51. Continue down Highway #51 to Airline Highway (US 61), and turn right. Then turn left onto Hemlock Street and then right onto West 5th Street. Twin Oaks and Maison Oaks will be on your right.
