Two stately oak trees grace the front of Twin Oaks Nursing and Convalescent Home, a 102 bed health care center which provides progressive nursing and rehabilitative care for those residents who require it.

Twin Oaks is located on West Fifth Street in the heart of LaPlace. Our recently renovated health care center is decorated in soothing tones of deep rose and emerald green with cozy home-like accents placed throughout the spacious living and dining room areas. Twin Oaks retains the charm of a small town family oriented health care center while providing complex medical nursing and rehabilitative programs for those residents requiring them. Whether for a short term stay for a recent hip fracture, stroke injury or for long term nursing care, we are committed to providing our residents with compassionate care.
